Thomas Wooldridge

COLOR GUARD DIRECTOR

 

Thomas Eggleston Wooldridge, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, attended Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke VA and graduated in 2017 with an associates degree in Social Sciences.

Thomas started color guard in 2007 with Jefferson Forest High School, Forest VA. In 2011, he performed with Impact Independent Open Winterguard based out of Manassas VA. He performed with the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps in 2011, 2014, and 2015. While with Madison Scouts, he also competed in Individual and Ensembles during DCI Championships in 2014 and 2015, receiving 1st place in both years. Thomas performed with First flight Independent World Winterguard based in Cary, North Carolina from 2012 to 2017. This year, he performed with The Pride of Cincinnati based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Thomas has taught for seven years in Virginia, some programs being: Brookville High School 2011-12, E.C. Glass High School 2012-16, Jefferson Forest High School 2015, and Bassett High School 2016-17. In October 2017, he moved to Cincinnati OH and taught at Hamilton High School 2017-18, West Clermont High School 2017, and Beechwood High School 2018.
